House is suitable for children, one pack’n’play is available for use as well as highchair, toys, gate for stairs down to theater room. It is up to you to review all instructions and warning labels of each item you use and is not our responsibility to determine if the item is safe for your child’s use. It is best to keep children from playing/being in the loft or deck when unaccompanied by an adult as they may climb and fall over the rails. There are NO child locks on doors, cabinets or toilets.

Entire House and 1 acre lot.

4-Wheel Drive, All-Wheel Drive, Traction Tires and/or Tire chains are highly encouraged to access the house during the snowy winter months. The driveway is on a gentle decline to the house.

Firepit is closed during winter months due to large amount of snow.

The house is located at 4,500′ elevation and is susceptible to heavy snow in winters and possibly wild fires/smoke during fire season. It is highly encouraged to get travel insurance in the case of cancellation due to natural weather events.

Refunds are only issued for mandatory government evacuations. Please make sure to book travel insurance.

There are no local grocery stores. There is a gas station with some basic foods. Please make sure to go grocery shopping before your stay. We have a full kitchen to cook family meals.
