House is suitable for children, one pack’n’play is available for use as well as highchair and toys. It is up to you to review all instructions and warning labels of each item you use and is not our responsibility to determine if the item is safe for your child’s use. It is best to keep children from playing/being in the backyard when unaccompanied by an adult as the hot tub and sauna do not have locks. There are NO child locks on doors, cabinets or toilets.

No Pets Allowed.

4-Wheel Drive, All-Wheel Drive, Traction Tires and/or Tire chains are encouraged to access the house during the snowy winter months.

The house is located at 2,100′ elevation and is susceptible to some snow in winters and possibly wild fires/smoke during fire season. It is highly encouraged to get travel insurance in the case of cancellation due to natural weather events.

Refunds are only issued for mandatory government evacuations. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond control. Please make sure to book travel insurance if this is a concern.
